Saint Francis’ 门诊康复 Services offers comprehensive and coordinated programs for adults and children in a state-of-the-art, medically integrated facility (featuring three swimming pools) at the Health and Wellness Center. Members of the interdisciplinary treatment team work together to develop individualized rehabilitation plans to improve health and achieve various levels of independence. 完成门诊康复后, patients have the opportunity to continue their rehabilitative exercises through 健身+, 也在健康中心. 在健身+, patients can use the same exercise equipment they used in their rehabilitation programs, and their 物理 therapists are in the same facility should questions or problems arise.
